The rather universal practice of naming of the full moons is pretty interesting, and shows how similar all the world's cultures and traditions really are at their roots. As awesome as WE find it, knowing all we now do about the Moon, having even been there, it isn't difficult to imagine our ancestors' only conceivable explanation for its existence and cycles being supernatural.
