traffic from lots of small sites works well for me. usually better results from them than major sites

Consider juicy ads.

You can place your ad on sites individually via direct buy for fixed rates, or take out run of network ads on a ppc basis

ProTraffic has lots of high traffic sites you can choose to buy traffic from. There's also banner spots and IM ads. Prices are around $2.50+/k.
