hello every smoker ... i am on the fourth day of break from nicotine. in this thread, i will describe you every problematic moment in my another non smoking journey. so ... here we go ... i am fourth day without nicotine. first two days i had some headache and some breath problems, so i decided to take a break from nicotine. as in the past experiences, it worked and after two days i decided to take next days without nicotine. i hope it will be about few months at least ... anyway, i woke up today fourth day with no nicotine ... i was working at home, no smoker around, so clean air. but, this evening i went to many years old party in one pub, so many smokers around ... i went there, watched the people around, many people smoking ... and, i was asking myself, after those four days, why the fuck i have to smoke again? so, i havent my cigarette tonight, but who knows ... more stories to come ... from teencat who was smoking 30+ daily ... and teencat, its me ... have a nice day and wish you best with your health!
