Actually its very easy and has many automated features once you get to understand it , but l agree it does look complicated and takes time to learn how to maximise all the benefits it offers.

godaddy is one of the best for domains... but for the rest they suck.

I didnt see a reseller package spammed here ? maybe i missed it.

No one needs one unless of course you want to go the biz of reselling domains and services and use godaddy as your back end.

A lot do join the Domain Discount club though if they buy domains on a regualr basis as it gives over 31 percent off normal prices and saves having to keep looking for codes etc
