In the US, mostly illegal ... Patrick Collins ( Elegant Angel) made a few vids, and had to stop selling them ( one is " The Fist, the whole fist, nothing but...).
Max Hardcore doesn't sell his fisting/watersports in the US...
So make your own evaluation.... very risky.
