    I am still sick UPDATE----

    Last few days have been hell... i have been sleeping like crazy...

    My body is aching... I have no taste in mouth.... I am useless currently...

                                  It's an assload of C... like chemo for your system when you have flu/cold/ etc... Releases into your system more effectively then with multivitamins and the like.

                                  Drink an assload while you are sick... and a couple here and there during the week when you aren't..
