On the other hand, hypothetically, someone recently pushed the interests of the oligarchy that holds the power over the currency and money flow over the interests of people in the cradle of democracy.
So it's rather relative, I can compare both worlds, and it's always that someone gang bangs the whole country in the ass to push their own interests.
So whether you elect your politics and let them fuck the whole country in the ass or whether you shoot them in the head, ban the opposition and run the country without all that great PR about democracy, collective interests can be met or fucked the same way.

I have actually tested this shit and psychologically you can screw yourself up.. I used to joke around with some friends about my "tastes for big women ... bbw" .. and after saying it over and over ... now whenever I see a fat woman I subconsciously think.. dam she's fine! .... and the worst thing is that I catch myself thinking that way and.......... it hurts ...... apparently the easiest person to con is urself ....... ..
