                                                                                ive had sales disappear and reappear several times with that program, i stopped sending them traffic a long time ago. i remember one time like months after i stopped promoting them i even had like 100 sales show up that i obviously couldnt have gotten. then they disappeared later on. i only sent them about 5 real sales so i just dropped them and moved along.

                                                                                                                            Yes, I also saw zeros in stats, but they fixed the problem in a few hours later on and yesterday, the day before yesterday and today all is working perfect and I didn't loose any fucking sale! Their sales guy has some problems with health, but he will post official statement here tomorrow.

                                                                                                                            Both programs are having been around for years already and no one blamed them for shavings before!

Several people including me notice constant traffic/sales changes. Its not a problem that only occured 2 days ago. Stats shouldnt move like that. Thats not normal.

                                                                                                                                    After very short time, then special alarms worked up all the team in many parts of the world - everything were recovered from backups.
                                                                                                                                    On Nov 22nd we have changed compromised software, so, such dramatically accident will never take a place.

                                                                                                                                    Nothing wrong happened after Nov 21st night. Everything is just great :

                                                                                                                                        2nd - Its not just a small one time dbase glitch. I noticed stats and hits coming and going for a long time already...and im not the only one. Contstant problems. Statsremote showing 0 hits and then 300 hits. Several times a week i cant login. Check my other threads. I saw a sale coming and going a while back already. And im not the only one. You cant write this off as just a one time glitch dude. There is more going on than that.

                                                                                                                                                                Problem is what our software is not fully adapted for sudden and undocumented changes in third side data, we grab.
                                                                                                                                                                Some months ago almost the same fault happened when billing changed data stamp format in sales we grab and upload into our DB.

                                                                                                                                                                Such problems will be solved in a very nearest time, because we do change parts of our software at this moment

                                                                                                                                                                Anyway, with any glitch - no one can loose any sales, because data is always back upped. And if fault - double merged with biling. Everyone who claims via official way, gets full report about his personal data, and always stays satisfied.

                                                                                                                                                                You could get answers much faster using support ICQ or Ticket system.
