OC3 Networks Announces the Acquisition of Tear2 LLC
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA ? MONDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2006 -- OC3 Networks & Web Solutions, LLC, (OC3 Networks) a provider of premium Internet services announced today that it has acquired Tear 2, LLC, a hosting company geared towards the online adult entertainment industry. Tear 2 had its headquartered in Maryland, and its technical operations in Virginia. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Although still in its infancy, Tear 2 has taken the adult industry by storm, creating an unprecedented buzz around its quality products and solutions and fantastic support.
