That is the model I have, the Garret Ace 250. It's a really good entry level detector.
I've found a whole $0.14 so far, and some nails, beer cans, and a foil wrapper from an ice cream sandwich, lolz. That was on a low traffic beach. Can't wait to hit Myrtle this week, since it's bike week, lots of drunk people losing stuff, plus spring break is wrapping up. One good find and this sucker will pay for itself.
