It is not a scam but perhaps not what you want as you do not want to follow, just be followed. It works to build a following but you can only follow 1k per day. After about 48 hours 40-50% will have followed you then you unfollow those not following you and follow 1k more. Then it is just a matter of repeating every 2 days to grow your acct.
The program is written for a windows based computer but in a few weeks they will have it upgraded to run on adobe air which will allow it to run on a mac. I own a copy and have used it with success.
