Selfishly I would open up a Hooters because there is usually only one per city and you'd have a non-stop supply of hot potential talent to catch before they make it to stage 2 of porndom.

Step 1- Waitress at Hooters
Step 2- Waitress at a strip club
Step 3- Stripper
Step 4- Porn

But if I was opening something cutting edge that I thought would do well, it would be one of these, they're hot in Austin and a great concept.

Haha! Thats actually a pretty damn good idea, the Hooters part. I never thought about turning your waitresses out, hell, why not the customers, too. You're right, sure would be a fertile hunting ground, no pun intended.

Loans are going to be a pain and alot of extra work.
Hotel is great but so much shit to compete with just wouldn't be worth it.

You open a CiCi's and chill out serving american's favorite food while making friends with the local community.

From what I understand, Starbucks doesnt franchise out, its all company owned. Unless you own an exclusive space that they want to get into, like an airport.
