then I saw the asiatic bulbs at costco for like $12... and thought, what the hell.. let's try it.. I got 36 bulbs for $12... Once they started growing well... I got so excited that I tried a few other things...

My house is positioned north south.. with the backyard getting all day sun and the front yard being mostly shade.. so lots of things die easily...

but the lilies, mandevilla, bouganvilla.. and some new guinea impatiens I planted are growing like NUTS...
