This one was valued in the range 400 -1200 with a recommended selling price of $600.

As the market is tough at the moment I will set a BIN of $300 on it.

well its a dropped name regged a few days ago.
a domain drops a lot in value when it expires .

Question ; I have some domains that are 10 days old and listed on first page of google and some up to 7 years old that are not ,I know some people say the older the better but l have yet to find the added value ..I dont put any premium on the older domains l have (should I ?)and if so what are the major benefits of age.

If you sell them to me sweety, you shouldnt put ANY premium at all, not even if aged 50yrs

A number of ways...

For GoDaddy customers l can put it in your account in 2 hours.

Other registrars will take approx 60 days but I change the dns,ownership details and email etc instantly so you can start to use it the moment it is purchased.

I am confused Claire. What website are doing business form? Because I didn't see any adult domains on a1domainsales.com.

I am not picking on you, so please forgive me. It is just that a1domainsales.com is a US Company but mrdomainbroker.com & adultprgroup.com are registered as Quebec company with no website. And your profile says you are in Montreal and it is confusing to me

1. All our domains either get valuations from deals we have with Godaddy or other well know domain registrars.

A1 Domain Sales is based in the USA and does not do adult domains in its listing due to its close working relationship with godaddy and others such as hosting companies who prefer non adult domains.

MrDomainBroker is based in Quebec and deals in both Adult and Mainstream and brokers domains....but mostly adult

AdultPrGroup is also based in Quebec and is a PR company

Regarding websites...MrDomainBroker has a website its down for improvements...AdultPRGroup have a new website under design.

What website do you use to sell adult domains from? From a private company portfolio and you use the forums?

It is confusing that you have so many deals and buyers and are getting all these new names when I don't see that many sales from this board going down.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to hijack your thread. I guess your answer was vague and confused me more. I figured you would have said that you got a good deal on appraisals from xyz.com and you do a lot of business thru your main site at adultdomains.com or something like that.

I think those (2) sites you mentioned mrdomainbroker & adultprgroup have been down for some time.

I don't know if you are aware, but there is another Kings Castle Entertainment Group in VA and they have a TM on the company name that is being used as registrant for mrdomainbroker & adultprgroup based in Quebec. With a portfolio your size I would look into that.

There is no way that there are 700,000 adult domains out there unless you do the 4, 5, 6+ keyword Phrases. Maybe 250,000 for 4 keys or less. But (1) million. It can't be adult. I thought I have a database of every possible combo and it doesn't come out to (1) million.

That is why I am so surprised how low people are selling their .com's. When you start to figure how many people are in the world, how many are on the net, how many are doing something with porn and how many possible names there are to buy. I would expect .com's to be selling much higher. That's my personal opinion.

Anyways, it just seemed that you were so matter of fact about the value of these domains and that you were selling at a fraction the price, I thought maybe you would have shared with us little guys so that we would have a better idea about our domain's worth so that we can use that as a selling point. But I guess that's all top secret stuff.

If you want to reach a million why are you selling so much?

No site is used at the moment to sell adult domains from......it was MrDomainBroker.com but that site is having a totally new refit..yes its taking time as it will have a live auction /database/self submit sales area etc ..so at the moment its via this forum and others..private sales with current clients /newsletters/brokers etc.

More sales go on from this board than you can imagine ,some contact me for lists and other domains,so if you dont see one sold here it doesnt mean a lot of action doesnt come from the posts.

Yes both sites have been down a while..well not down but a landing page.

Trademarks for companies,domains etc are covered by legal depts ,so Im sure everything is in order.

I did not say 700,000 Adult........Adult is the smallest part of sales.

Godaddy and others value domains ......yes people are selling too low at the moment (even $20) but maybe they need to bring in some urgent cashflow $$$$,

Many are just sitting on domains and waiting for the market to pick up.

With 1000s of domains comming in per month I let a few go cheap some times to just keep some action going...at TRADE PRICE....so grab some great investment bargains today
