There was going to be a Vancouver event in September but I think that got pushed back to February 07, I'm not sure the exact dates

Look at the house DrinkingHard bought in Ontario outside of Toronto, try getting something like that within an hour of downtown Vancouver, for the same price

I'm outside of Vancouver (Port Moody) and I just bought a brand new place for a bit less then that... 2400 sq ft, fully finished basement, 2 car garage, ac, built in vac, etc etc.

I thought it was fucking expensive at $680k

Selling a house I bought 3 years ago for $260k right now.. for $529k! WTF. Sold my condo in tinseltown at the beginning of the year.. it doubled in price over 5 years...

Real estate is fucking nuts here.
