If anyone is going to post the same stuff as me I am glad it is you I hate Phelps..evil beyond evil. He makes me hope there is a god and that god sends him to hell as his final judgement with the souls of the people whose funerals he protested watching as he goes down to burn.

Busy week for them...

Kansas Church Members Plan To Protest Local Soldier`s Funeral

Members of a controversial Baptist church in Kansas have announced plans to protest at a soldier`s funeral here in Beaumont this Saturday.
Members of the Westboro Baptist Church claim they are not protesting the soldier, instead they are protesting the funeral.
They claim military funerals are nothing more than a patriotic pep rally for a country that is full of sin.

Staff Sgt. Edward Charles Reynolds of Port Arthur died last month while serving in Iraq.
His body is scheduled to arrive in Houston Wednesday and from there it will be escorted by police officers and patriot guards back home.
Funeral services for the 27-year-old father of three are scheduled Saturday afternoon at 2:00 at the Borden Chapel Baptist Church in Beaumont.

On its website the Westboro Baptist Church confirmed plans to attend the funeral.
This church has a history of picketing outside of military funerals and has gained international attention for doing so.
According to its website, members of the church believe God is killing soldiers for the sins of America.

I guess they think dead soldiers should be tossed in dumpsters

I don't get them protesting a group that #1 don't go to war and #2 aren't known to be full of homosexuals (though being humans there are bound to be some). The type of people that turned a blind eye to their extreme gay bashing are going to hate them first for protesting at soldier funerals and now for trying to get in the middle of a Amish funeral - people who have for SURE not harmed him.

Maybe some of them will be arrested when they picket the soldier's funeral in Texas on Saturday:

Beaumont police confirm the group from has been in contact with them to inquire about police protection during the protest.
Officers say they will enforce the law.
According to "Austin-American Statesman", in Texas House Bill 97 bans protests or other disruptive behavior at funeral and burial services for Texas military men and women.
The new law, passed earlier this year, makes it a Class B misdemeanor to protest within 500 feet of the site of a funeral service from one hour before a site is used for a service to one hour after the service.

The group plans to picket from 1:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
