CCBILL reps .. I'd like to know something.

I've been told over and over again that a Canadian can not sign a contract for CCBillEU, even with a legit EU company, because a Canadian Passport holder can not be the Principal. Apparently it's a Visa Regulation, even though other billers can set you up in the EU region with Visa without any problem. Fair enough, it's the way you guys interpret the rules and that's your choice.

My question is then, how come a Canadian can set up a US corporation or LLC, and register with CCbill in the US region, with his Canadian Passport?

They can't. Canadians who own american LLC's still need an american to sign for the CCbill account.
