I messed up on my part on this one (ie I undercharged you) - but as I told you a deal is a deal. And I want people to respect deals even if they mess up. It is my lose but I respect the deal we had.
I refused your offer for the extra because we had a deal
I hope others in the biz will do the same ie respect deals as they are even if they do a mistake.
