Are they still there? Poor fucking things. You should go visit them. Security was non existent at the time, and they are still possibly the most impressive buildings I've ever seen.

Thanks. Caught once in Australia, just after I started. Naive mistake, I should have bailed the instant I knew something was up, but decided to stay. Lesson learned: always leave, the instant anything seems wrong.
Been stopped doing a really large metro station here, but everyone is really relaxed about it here. Was obvious we were photographers, we had no weapons or spray cans, and we didn't try to run away or lie. Had a good chat w/ the cops, took a group photo together, and that was that.
Ran out of a live metro tunnel into ticket inspectors, who were disappointed I had a valid ticket. Told them I was a tourist, and I was sick of waiting for the train so took the tunnel instead. They didn't know what to say ;)
