The math is weird, but it works kind of like this...
Spend $100 on tube advertising, then lose $5,000 in sales thanks to free tube traffic.
It's a new plan of some sort, where the big industry "players" try to make money from within the industry now, since there are no longer outsiders who are willing to pay for any memberships anymore.
It's fun to watch, if you have a good sense of humor!

it is fun in a twisted kind of way
then you get guys asking to buy "starter" traffic for their very own "legal" tube site with 5 minute sponsor clips on it, so they buy the traffic from the big tube guys and send it to their "legal" tube site expecting the "starter" traffic to actually "start" something (bookmarking and repeat visitors I guess.... although the surfers have figured out the difference between the big tube that gives them everything they type in the search box for free and lots of it vs. the lame crappy "legal" tube sites that they look at once for a minute or two and never return to again.... at least with the old tgp circle jerk model it kind of made sense, but nowadays all the surfers know about the "real" tube sites that give them everything (because they are all over the first page of the serps) so all the bought traffic accomplishes is getting a "WTF?" out of a surfer who finds themselves on a lame site for a moment before heading back to Megapron or wherever...... actually it isn't fun to watch, it is kind of painful to watch )

then you repeat it other programs and traffic sources

I have some luck buying traffic from Traffic Holder. If you pick the right countries to receive traffic from, you can usually make a profit. More traffic = More sales!
Be sure to reduce the delivery rate so you don't blow your whole load in 20 minutes. Also, try to be mindful of the time of day your are sending, keep it 'prime time'.Comment

You buy traffic based on ROI, usually you have to try several "traffic sellers" and landing pages /sponsors before you find a decent ROI and you can scale it up. The most important thing when buying traffic is having excellent tracking abilities and good monitoring.
