not sure why, they work perfectly fine and are mp4 format so work with nearly all players.

that's very odd, others are viewing it just fine. I sent out the links on a few sites. You are literally the only person to ever say our vids aren't playing. If you have any clue why this maybe happening let me know, I would rather not have a possible customer not able to play our vids.
