A bump! And an update:

Since the PR update my website went up to PR5 and my unique daily visitors are now above 20.000 a day!

Because i didn't sell a link yet i will even lower my price to $50,- for one month for 1 hardlink. This is a fair price i guess for a site which is growing day by day?

Still 3 spots left ...

a fair price would be 15 to 20$ to be honest

But please don't forget the traffic you'll get. You can expect between 150 - 250 clicked hits a day (ofcourse this depends on the title of your link).
That means an average of 0,03 a click!

I don't think this is expensive for real clicked traffic (not blind traffic!). And besides that you're on a PR5 with an hardlink for 1 month!
