    Is There Somebody Who Can Tell Me What "custodian of records" Is. I Never Heard Of It Do They Have An WebSite Or Is It Just Some Disclaimer Or Something?

      That is the person, photographer, company, or firm that maintains the records & identification of all models appearing on a particluar website..
      Law requires that all websites & publications containing sexual content must maintain all records of all models photographed & keep all identification on file to insure that all models are over the age of 18..
      this same law also states that you must display the statement that you are in compliance with this law & provide a link to the page containing the custodian of records information..
      Their name, address, telephone #, email address, etc..

              You need to read your license agreement... find out who the custodian of records is for your content... then put a link to the info in question...
