Ibill just sucks and I can't believe that there are still people saying they are the best.
They might be the biggest but NOT the best.
Their service and their support is just bad.
If your code doesn't work well, they think it is okay for them to take 4 days or more to look at it.

I haven't had any problems with Ibill over the last few days. In fact, sells have been fairly good, so if they were down it couldn't have been for very long...

He's right, Globill is the best there is.
Ibill are complete losers compared to Globill.

I think alot of people bitching about iBill are using oxcash. Oxcash is tracking signups and iBill isn't counting them except for rebills in the last week.

Its frustrating as hell to see you've got 20 signups and you goto IBill and see nothing but a couple of rebills.

IBill seems to scrub less than CCBill, at least on my accounts, judging by the same traffic, etc etc. But I guess it doesn't mean alot if they aren't counting them.

Well, ibill was definitely down completely for at least 45 minutes this morning while I was one.. CMI page, signup page, etc. Appeared their network was down.

They appear to be back up though.. Hopefully they were not down too long.

As for previous problems, I can't speak to those. I just started using a sponsor that uses ibill, and this was the first day I was sending any sort of real traffic to them.

they are falling behind on rebills again.
Panic and frustration with ibill on the oxcash board.

Oxcash says they are gonna give another billing option to Jettis, we'll see how that does. I think if iBill could figure out a way to do what they are supposed to be, I'd stick with them and be very happy.

Don't you think adult sites would be their bread and butter? Maybe not, they sure don't seem to treat the adult community with much respect.

I use ibill and yes they do suck. I was going to switch to globill until I noticed they take 60% of the small $3.95 trial sign ups. Thats fuckin rediculous! When your getting hundreds of sign ups, its like throwing away your money. Fuck that, I'm setting up an account with ccbill.

I'm thinking of to call in a lawyer to get all my money back which Ibill has stolen from me in the past 4 months. It is really a lot of money. Anybody has experience with these kind of issues? Furthermore I'm going to quite all my sponsors which are still using Ibill So I need 16 new sponsors.....

                                    Hey PETE

I don't see that globill could be charging over 50% for processing affiliates or they would not still be in business.

You have a 50% partner program and then the biller takes like 50-60% of that to put you at under 25% ... nah... something would have to be screwy.

This is the only link I found to percentages:
                                    http://www.globill-systems.com/pros/...ospective5.htm

They show for under $10,000 in sales per period they charge the 15% for processing fees.

So are you sure that you are not thinking they take 60% because that trial is halved due to 50% partner program and then 15%,(or close to it) taken for for half the billing % listed on the above url and then 5% taken as a holdback.

                                    [15% of 100 = same as 15% of 50*2]

One assumes you are on a 50% partner program as most are then these be the calculations:

                                    3.95*(1-0.15) = 3.3575 [that's taking the billers 15% cut]
                                    3.3575/2 = 1.67875 [doing 50% of what's left from trail]
                                    1.67875*(1-0.05) = 1.59 approximately [taking 5% holdback]

$1.59 you now show in your account is approximately 40% of the trial 3.95*(1-0.6) = 1.58

See globill aren't taking 60%, is just you only receive 40% of the trials etc on final calcs.

                                    CHILL Pete
