There are things I like about the gallery... and things it seems to lack.
Layout is ok...
293K is a huge file size for a 3 second video clip.
The obvious here is... You are not talking to the surfer. Seduce them... get them horny... Tell them what they can get.

First rezise them cuz the originals are 3 times bigger then what you have on that page.
Thumbs of that size shouldn't be bigger then 5kb
Plus the girl in red is 125kb or so.

i use this to resize pics http://www.imagemagick.org
I can resize,change compression etc...
I have it installed on my server and on my windows machine.
it's command line but you can change compression on all jpgs
in a dir with this command "mogrify -quality 70 *.jpg"
or you can change size like this "mogrify -geometry 150x150 *.jpg"Comment

My topbucks ratio from Jan 1-13 was 1:190.. from Jan 24-today is 1:590
I was averaging 3-5 signups a day and now it has really slowed.
Must be compensating for the 10 signups I got on the $75 day
