I just finished my 90 probationary period here @ DTI. So until they kick me out of here. I'm the go to guy for your Asian traffic.

It's amazing to think that I found this job here on GFY. Do you remember the thread looking for an affiliate manager for 40k? Well this is it. A couple of interviews and background check (whew). Well wudya know I gotta real motha fuckin job.

It's a great opportunity here and I took it. So my wife (the bread winner in the fam) put in a transfer to the Downtown LA office and will start June 1st. The State of California takes care of their own for sure. She'll be so close it's gonna put a damper on the lunches I'm havin with the hot Japanese receptionist here @ DTI. Dammmit

Anyway both of us have lived in OC our whole lives. Ive been married 10 years to my hottie wife and we have an 18 month old beautiful daughter. We found a nice pad in Studio City so LA here we come. Is this really happening cuz it's not sinking in yet?

Actually had a question for you about the Carribeancom English site. The bottom join banner goes to a Japanese join page, while the top Join button goes to an English page, which is the way it should be.

Was it intentional to have it going to a Japanese join page? If I am sending English speaking traffic, I dont want to lose a sale when they see the Japanese page.

This is my complaint as well. Their sites seem great, but the affiliate system seems to have been designed by Toyota engineers on acid.

I've also heard a rumour on a certain Asian webmaster BBS that you have to request your payouts, and only at certain times? Is this fact or fiction?

I was trying to link to http://dxlive.com/home to get past the warning page there.

I think in general DTI is pretty good for JP traffic. But I think they need a slightly better translation of their affiliate backend and maybe reduce their minimum payout down to $100like everyone else.
