Then when you go after these assholes not only do you get a judgment of around $10k per image (per usage), but they will likely have to pay YOUR attorneys fees. The trick is to send them a C+D first by registered mail (better yet Fed-EX). Then when they ignore it you can go after them for WILLFUL infringement.

I don't ever let anyone fuck with my pics anymore. Neither should you or anyone making the effort to produce quality content.
