BTW... There are a lot of your fellow countrymen here and more "immigrating" each month, but can you tell them to quit buying land at inflated prices? A movie actress just spent 100 mill on land that was three times the normal market price and now every damned vendor thinks they can sell their land at that level - I want first option
Our realtor has only one patch of land on file in a particular area now (no land left) and the asking price is $1000/sq meter (over $4mill/acre) - totally crazy money. Another area is selling at $11,000/sq meter finish construction price (condos at $2-3mill each), but sold 5 in the last month (and they are not even constructed yet) - they got to be mentally retarded to buy that stuff

Yep.. Panama is still not bad and prob the next location for investment - tho it's already started there and appears to be almost similar to CR in appreciating asset value (50%ish/annually on the Pacific coast) - better to get a place there sooner than later and 99.9% sure you will earn serious appreciation in value.Originally posted by stickyfingerz
