I am there for more than 3 years, first on shared, than on dedicated, no problems with up time and support, only I can tell bad is their control panel, it is confusing sometime.

wished i was on their NYC servers instead of Amsterdam.

other then that i don't have an issue with them. however it would be nice to be unlisted from major spam sites that are blocking some of my emails needed for users to activate their account on my site.

Same thing for me here. I tried to get those mail providers to unblock me, but I eventually gave up...

I never heard they had downtimes? I thought they are ok in that department, the only bad thing you hear about them is the email blocking stuff and the horrible support but never anything bad about their uptime.

I had a lot of downtime with them. Do a search of this board and you'll find plenty of "Webair Sucks" threads. I wouldn't recommend them.

Being with them is like... having a very good sleep

I mean I don't have to worry that my sites would be down... Yup, no downtime. At least, I have never experienced it. And the support... the support is the best. Webair is definitely the way to go

i have been using them for many years, rock solid uptime , rock solid support. I dont spam , simple sites.

Popular hosts always get flack from 1 or 2 bad apples/complaints because they are popular.

I use most of the big hosts and to be honest they all have about the same uptime. Service is where its at.

Do yourself a favor and do a search here for threads about Phatservers, Mojo host, and Webair and look to see which has the best feedback

I've had dedicated with them for 3+ years now. Any issue i have had has been taken care of, over and above what one would expect from a host.

Gerard is a great guy to deal with, efficient, intelligent and knows how to get things done. I've had 3 Hosting companies since 1996 and Webair are the best by miles

I was a customer for about a year. Not a host I'd really recommend. I don't feel that strongly about it, just wouldn't recommend them.
