In Congress, Rep. Foley (R-FL) was part of the Republican leadership and the chairman of the House caucus on missing and exploited children.

Let us keep in mind that the US is one of the only fucked up counties that has the age of consent up that high. In most countries, it is 15 or 16, where it should be. However, Foley is guilty of fucking around on taxpayer time and for that reason alone he should be gotten rid of.
