Why wouldn't they burn the bodies?
In 1995 or 96, I went to Georgia (the state) and I pulled decaying bodies from the River that got washed out from grave yards. We stacked the tag bodies.. Once the bodies were confirmed, not my part of the business... they got put into white plastic coffins, 1000's and 1000's of them.
I'm sure with allllll the massive amount of floods, from central to the coast lines... It only makes total logic that bodies would wash out. And knowing that happens almost every time it floods, and this last 8 years was crazy with floods....
Not that I don't think the gov is doing something, odd... but this white coffin stuff is just funny as piss.

I don't know about you but gov preparing for this kind of stuff is a good sign. I'd rather they be prepared to handle a crisis if it ever comes.
