    Anyone know of a site that...

    Anyone know of a site/script that spiders pages constantly and emails you when something on the page you are interested in updates. I remember using a site like this some time ago but I cant remember the name.

              interesting ... maybe you can ask them to add rss feeds, as almost everything updated have rss feeds already and thats what are you looking for ...

                      I am looking for something faster than RSS. For example if a baseball player goes on the DL it is listed on MLB.com under transactions. I would need to know this information instantaneously. That is probably the best example I can think of.
