Anyway...So Chance took off for a 3 week vacation to Japan. Here's his first impressions, comments, and observations:
"things are cool in japan. doin ok. started gettin gifts and shit, but even without buyin souvenirs shit is hella expensive over here. a hundred bucks can run through your fingers like water. smallest bill denomination is 1000 yen, then it goes to coins. to give ya an idea, hundred yen coins are about a buck value, and they are like quarters to these people. anyway say hey to dom fer me. speakin of which, full kimonos, especially silk ones are starting at about 30000, however what she has is a jinbe, a summer robe. so if thats whats cool, i will try to find somethin. oh and its a couple months too late, but i found a killer lavender belt haha. tried talkin to a couple girls, but the whole language barrier thing is a bitch. bryan and i are heading to an event on saturday and apparently he says a lot of girls go there for foreigners, and that he has seen aggressive guys get the most play, so i will walk around with my dick out and grabbin girly asses. speakin of girls here, they almost all wear black tights and super hella short skirts. or sometimes no tights and just hella short skirts, like model-wear type shit. japan is stuck in the 80s with their fashion, its fucking weird. theres a shop called don coyote, its 6 levels of random. theyve got some different outfits and uniforms for cosplay (costume events). no rice hats, but they:ve got the schoolgirl uniforms. so much randomness out here, and one of the biggest is the new fashionable hemp. seriously, theres so much shit with pot leaves on it. everyone wears it, there was a 10 year old kid ridin bitch on a bicycle with a jamaica jacket and a huge gold pot leaf on it. its fucking everywhere dude, yet its still hella illegal... the japanese culture grabs onto anything even slightly fashionable, and apparentlt now its weed and rhasta. i have no service for my phone as i said, but also the ipods wifi cant connect, keeps askin for passwords. assuming its a simple language barrier issue and the ipod doesnt know wtf to do with it.
