Yep. Happens to me around the changing of the seasons. Typically sinus.

I do not like taking pills either, but simply have no choice if I wanna function.

May wish to try adding some caffeine.
Though I rather like medications.

GO TO THE FUCKING ER NOW... no shit, a headache that long can mean anything from blockages to other issues, there's no way you should have one that long esp being hydrated. Your body is giving you a warning, time to get it checked out to see what's happening

I have sinus issues too but not for a week, whats the worst that can happen they make you feel better?

I have had the same thing no kidding but mine lasted from october til just after january which was basically a daily headache and tons of DR visits with 2 cat scans a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) and then a freaking blood patch.... it turned out to be first a on going sinus infection and then after a ton of antibiotics the headaches still persisted and then after the spinal tap the headaches were worse and to the point where i had to lay completely flat because of the leaking spinal fluid so my brain hit skull alot SOooo (sorry this is on going) they did the blood patch and after the blood patch about a week or so after the headaches just stopped. it is quite fucking maddening i wish you the best of luck and that your headaches dont last for months! oh and fioricet is good to for headaches as well if you want to give that a shot.

p.s. hope you have insurance! and another thing to be concerened about is if your pupils are unequal in size like if one is way huge compare to the other that is a BAD sign and go to the ER ...unless that is if you take zoloft because zoloft made my pupils unequal in size as well hehehehe.
