It's your job as a parent to teach your kids right from wrong, but since you work in the porn industry I guess you already disqualified yourself as a credible source for information on morals and ethics.

                                                                                                                                                                    no actually that is not true....... almost everyone follows a slightly different code of ethics...and while the some of the items are in common.....murder for instance, there are always gray areas....is abortion murder, is capital punishment murder, is killing someone that is about to kill you murder...... most of histories most horrendous tragities have their foundations in one group trying to force their morals on another group.

                                                                                                                                                                    I don't understand what your beef is with the people of this industry... there are a large number of highly educated and intelligent people who work in the industry. Just because someone is in this biz, doesn't mean they aren't intelligent.

                                                                                                                                                                    As for me personally, my ethical and moral codes come from an indepth study of both western and eastern philosophy and the various world religions, filtered through my own personal life experiences, such as nearly dying in Africa. I devoted approximately 2 years in the development and refinement of my code of ethics, but it is always open to revision, as any code should be. I consider myself a Pragmatic Existentialist with a more Kantian view on societal morality. So I think my views on right and wrong are pretty well grounded....where did you get yours from....or did someone just TELL you what to believe and you did? If so, you should really try thinking for yourself sometime instead of just following the herd.

I've dealt with my fair share of quasi intellectuals. Do you know what you're talking about? I don't need to get my ethical and moral codes by reading eastern and western philosophy no matter how interesting it is. I get it by how I was raised, by the people around me. When you're raised the right way, you learn to differentiate between right and wrong, moral and immoral. You haven't explained nor justified anything except bragged about your quasi intellect, your experiences, your beliefs..Good for you..And the typical stupid philosopher line of "think for yourself". You don't know what that means, you don't even know how I think apparently, you just say it because at the end of the day it gives you the false sense of intelligence. This is precisely why I hated taking philosophy class. The majority of students were clueless mindless free spirited hippies that preached their liberal "open your mind" nonsense. Yet none of them understood the rules of debate, nor the world around them.
