Phatservers / AmeriNOC - how long for account to get activated?

I have tried to purchase a virtual server on amerinoc using their promotion code for 1 month free spring offer.

First time I tried it shows the status as 'fraud' after a few minutes. The second time is still pending after a few hours.

How long does it take to get running?

Oh yeah, when I go to submit a support ticket I get no form, just a blank page (on IE7).

www.webair.com has nice virtual accounts.

looks like fixed their support too, i sent them a ticket about creating a pop3 email account and got a reply pretty quick

I got the emails saying the account is activated both times. But no further news. I have an icq request from xsmatt replied to it just now.

I recently got myself a phatservers account and have been impressed thus far. I'm sure they'll be quick to respond to any requests you may have in the future.

They've done countless free servicing on my shared server ($9/mo account) to tune it just right for my sites. I told them I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs hosting.
