cheap sunglasses

The one thing about cheap sunglasses is that they last forever, and never seem to get lost. At least that is what I used to think up until 2 days ago when I suddenly could not locate mine.

I searched high and low. I had a feeling it had something to do with the maids' last visit, but I looked everywhere I could think of . . . no luck. I had even contemplated making a similar post last night as I was resigned to the fact that I had somehow misplaced them.

I decided to take a break and go watch some TV, when lo and behold, there they were, on my coffee table, slightly hidden in a stack the maid had put on the center of the table.

It is true, cheap sunglasses can't be lost, they just won't be found until you are done looking for them.

I lost or break my sunglasses often, that's why I buy those of 10 bucks or so.

oh yeah, every expensive pair I have ever owned was broken within months. The $10 (or less) shades last for years.

I have a pair I paid $5.95 for over 8 years ago at a gas station. They have been with me on 4 cross country trips and seem to never scratch. They've been dropped and kicked many times but don't get damaged !

Generally the most expensive thing by far that I wear are my sunglasses, and you can bet that they last for years, I do not let them out of my sight ever. And broken? How the hell do you break sunglasses, sit on them? What kind of careless people are you...
