    graphic artists Im looking for a little pro bono work

    I found out my friend Harry died, he was 58 and died of a heart attack in Jan. He was very overweight. He died on a friday at his home and no one found him til the next Tuesday. This has scared the shit out of me and I started a diet earlier this week. I want to lose 200 lbs, I have a young wife and dont want to die young. I want to get a small tattoo on my right forearm to remind me of harry so if I feel complied to go on a binge I can look at it as a slap in the face. Who wants to help I want it to be something only I know what it means.

                              I know how you feel. I'm about 90 lbs overweight, smoke, and love the worst kinds of food.

                              I hit 40 almost a year ago and I can see the shadow of death creeping toward me.
