Verotel was much better with sales and rebills for us than the other guys. 35% or so. I get the feeling that some IPSP's are even scrubbing rebills nowadays. Verotel was really good with all this, and one of the things that angers me most about their recent meltdown is that we now have to consider processing options that may not be as advantageous.

Verotel has had a couple of colossal problems right from the beginning though, the first is that their public relations are a nightmare, and the second is that their systems have not changed with the times in any way. This must be hurting them a lot...If their affiliate program options only involve MPA/NATS well why bother when I can put Zombaio in the cascade at 5%.

I truly hope they can re-invent themselves, do away with some of the outrageous fees they have, hire some management that will inspire trust and modernize their setup.
