    Mark Cuban: Only a 'moron' would buy YouTube

    As much as I enjoy access to all the clips, I've never understood how they could host all that copyrighted content. What's the difference between them and Napster of old?

                                                  I never understood why sites like this don't just pay ASCAP, BMI, etc. to keep the music people off their asses. I know it doesn't help them with the TV/Movie uploads but still....do they do this? Am I missing something?

                                                      Youtube and napster are not same.On napster you can download video on youtube cant.Unless you use plugin.
