People could vote from:
-5 = scammer
to
+5 = TOP NOTCH STAND UP GUY
If you get more then 100 -5 votes from users, the profile is send to the admin for review. Then its up to him to ban or notComment

I like the reputation ranks better than the post count ranks. People get mislead by a high post count, especially noobs. how about, people on your ignore list, cannot post in the threads you start?
or another idea.. disallow the quoting of images.. which means, you can reply, but the pic won't show with the quote.. so the same pic isn't in the thread 15 times.
