Actually the designer did quite well - quality is good. I think you could shrink the round logo in the header, to make it a bit more compact. Also the main image below that looks a bit cluttered with all the gals...

I would say very very good, flash is the way to go for tour video.
My only peeve besides misspelled words might be that the site does not direct the visitor.
meaning, one page probably won't close the surfer. But three seems to be the average so I would find a way to get them hooked them send them to another two pages and close!Like the desert needs the rain

the header looks good. I don't like the blurry screencaps for some of the pics though. THe text descriptions for the scenes are small & hard to read font (for me anyways) Also they should include the girls names, like Nautica Thorn, Bamboo, capitalize on that.
