Go with dreamhost, search for there promo codes, $22 will get you 1 domain, 20gigs of disk space, and 1tb of bandwitdh for a full year. Cant beat that. specially if youre looking to spend $20 a month, throw in $2 more and youre set for a year.

Dreamhost looks good.... I have used Webair.com for a year or two and I am very pleased with them!
