Need an offshore bank - advice?

Are you referring to processing sites? Or just a checking/withdrawl business account?

Just checking and withdrawl for the business, to include issuance of a Visa debit card, and access to online banking.

We process transactions with CCBill EU.

We want to be completely open with the bank that we are an adult company to build a long term relationship.

Also - per other posts on this subject, just an fyi that we are already working with our lawyer and accountant, and they are also having difficulties locating a suitable bank.

Also, we are a Cyprus-based company.

By the way UBS Nassau probably won't work if we disclose we are adult. We need a really open minded bank that won't be afraid to openly do business legitmately with a mainstream adult company.

Specific recommendations much appreciated.

btw - this is not a tax dodge strategy...we just need the bank to be offshore from where we are in europe...

I think the idea is to not tell to the bank directly that you are involved in adult websites.
I can suggest you to try the latvian banks.

We used www.moybank.com services also. You dont have to take an incorp package, you have the choice to only purchase the bank introduction package. Everything went smooth for us, they set us up with the Bank of Cyprus.

erm, HSBC (Honk Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation) is the UK bank I used. When I went it with my business plan to see the manager he looked at the numbers, was like "yep yep yep... glad to have your business Mr Gooding"

Banks don't need to know the finer details of your business and suspect they prob don't want to know.

On offshore banks, it is fairly normal to have a corp for this. There are several reasons, one being it is not "you" who has the OS bank account - it's a legal entity - and more reason if you are remaining resident within the UK.

There are plenty OS banks on search engines - and a fair number will accept initial applications for accounts online. After that, it's normally a matter of providing notarized copies of corp documents as part of the "know your customer" policy - eg mem and arts, cert of good standing, POA (power of attorney) for you or whoever to act on behalf of the corp and some form of ID for the individual/s who have the POA.

PS Already operate OS corps and banking for many years and resident offshore - never has any bank been interested in the finer points of any business.
