There is a bigger issue here. And that is (ThinkX) Bob's business ethics. We are all here to do business. Yet when a guy blatantly sucks up to those who make him money (content producers/affiliates/ and program owners) but then on the other hand is completely unprofessional (and threatening) when it comes to something which may affect his bank balance, it does make you think.

The truth is, because i have witnessed it first hand, that (ThinkX) Bob really has no clue about doing business. He is what I like to term 'an ass licker' He will be friendly to those who make him money, but if for some reason you cant do exactly what he wants, he becomes an aggressive idiot.

We were threatened with his 'legal team' (would that be Bob and Bobs cat) who will slate us on GFY and make sure we never do business again. (Oh Reeealy...)

I have sat back for 2 years and watched ThinkX Bob post on GFY with his fruity solo girl sites with a multitude of upsells and xsales of which his affiliates don?t see a cent, yet he posts a lot, and is 'nice' to everyone. (ahhh Bob we love you soooo much !!!) Get real fellow GFY'ers. the guy has a bunch of below par sites (oh .. sorry they update every week with a new blog entry written by Big Bob and his Cat), and they feature a bunch of models every man and his dog could shoot tomorrow if they wanted too.

At last Bob gets what?s coming to him. (And if you like the guy - its because you make him money) Nuff Said....

Ok so here are my thought on this whole thing. Now you probably all know that we lost Sandy to KP the garbage Canadian program when Ken the scumbag webmaster went to visit Sandy and fed her a bunch of BS about how much more she should be making etc. She bought it and went with him despite the fact that
A. We always paid her
B. We let her do whatever she wanted regarding shoots, webcams, etc. She had a ton of liberties which other guys wouldn't allow.
C. She was working for us for 2 years in which time we developed a good relationship. She was always talking to Anna and we were always there for her when she needed us. We considered her family.

Ken from KP promo goes down with Ashleigh to shoot with Sandy and ends up staying at her place for a few days. Bad move on my part for allowing that. Obviously he uses the situation to his advantage to talk to Sandy. (Seeing as to how I never phisically met her myself he had an advantage) Ashleigh too played a part in convincing Sandy to leave us. Ken and Ashleigh from sexycanadiangirls.com are both snakes to the definition. They are two people you don't want to be around in this biz.

That said I know what you feel Pimp. I was in this situation and I myself would never fuck with anyone's girls now enforced by what happened to me.

BUT. Let's keep in mind here the difference and why I think you're actually wrong in this one. DTC didn't steal your model! She doesn't model for him! He simply gave her a side job. Which there is nothing wrong with. Would you be mad at McDonalds for hiring her while she was under your contract? Way I see it here is that if she isn't returning your calls she may be having problems with you. Now I don't know you so I won't speculate as to why, but this is just what seems to be the obvious. I can be wrong and in that case please do correct me. But DTC didn't steal her like KP stole my model. Sandy now models for the Canadian girls program which is retarded because she isn't even Canadian....but besides the point. Obviously she broke my contract and she has a site with THEM now. Now that is fucked up. But in your case I really don't see why this girl working as a sales rep for someone else should interfere with her modeling for you. You know what I mean? I'm not clear on that so maybe you can clear it up for me. If she wants to break your contract the issue is really with her not DTC. And the law Tortious interference doesn't really apply in this case because he did not make her break contract. Like he said she can still model for you. SHe isn't a model for him. Her working as a sales rep somewhere is really not tied to her working as a model somewhere else. She can be working as a sales rep for Best Buy or something and still model on the side. No? So what is your beef with DTC really?

My beef is that he has cost me money by disenchanting a model for his own gain. Now that she is not fulfilling her obligations to the site, I cannot market it to affiliates. I don't care if she is a rep. Thats her life. All I know is that after her lunch with Bob, she went MIA the week our site with her opened and Bob also hired her the same week, without ever mentioning it to me. About 20 other people in this thread have said they can see why that is shady.

Shes not a model for us. Never was never will be. So why would I need to discuss this with you? You were cool shes a sales rep. So do we need to discuss this with everyone first she shoots with? Like Cat said, if she wants to work at McD, do they need to call you too to see if youre ok with that?

If she does not fullfil obligations then I suggest you talk to her about that. Youre not discussing this with our models, so why would I be included in this with your model?

What DTC has to gain by hiring her as a rep. has nothing to do with what he can gain by hiring a model. Again I can be wrong here. But since he wasn't looking to gain a model, he has no reason to talk shit about you and your program....and I really don't think he did. If he was trying to steal her as a model than yeah. He would trash you like KP trashed us. To me disenchanting a model can happen really only if he would say something like ya come work for us (as a model) we will pay you more, that guy doesn't know what he is doing, etc. First of all I doubt his offer for her as a sales rep was for more money than what she can make as a model. So more money is out of the question. That is unless you weren't paying her much. SO what else does he have to stand on if money isn't an issue. Nothing. Which is why I deduce that disenchantment was not a factor here.

I just don't see the connection if she doesn't return your calls because she got a side job. It makes no sense. If she isn't doing what she should be doing for you, the problem is HER. That's my point. You shouldn't be quick to trash someone as a scapegoat. SO she got a job in the mall. And now she doesn't return your calls. Now it is coincidental that she stopped calling you after he visited her. But I sincerely doubt he had anything to do with it (talking shit about you) What it sounds more like to me is that she just didn't want to do the website thing anymore really and she would jump at the first offer of any kind to get out of modeling. Some girls just aren't happy doing it....they do it for the money because they can't work anywhere else or don't want to. SO if an opportunity arises and essentially comes to her and she has the chance to make some money without showing her Ass on the web, she will jump on it. Whether it's DTC, Mcdonalds, whatever, as long as it's not minimum wage. So again it goes back to her man. Really she is breaking your contract and this post should have been about her from the get go.
