There is no easy way to lose a gut. If you're serious about it, then do abdominal exercises every single day, 7 days a week. Nothing too intense, just 25 ab crunches to work out your upper abs, and 25 abdominal leg raises to work out your lower abs. 6 months of that and you'll be able to wash your clothes on your stomach.
