There's a huge collection online called Nifty (www dot nifty dot org), which redirects you to one of hundreds of mirror sites for the archive, it has several thousand erotic stories on it.
Not sure about the market for this kinda thing, but that site shows banners and does get updated quite frequently so there must be some sort of demand for it. -
