Everything Footsie Must Be Sold.

For those who've followed some other postings, you already know that my business partner wants to cash out his end of the business. He needs as much money as possible for his lawsuits for last years accident.

Based on what he is asking for, and what I am willing to pay we are off on the numbers. Instead of arguing, I was going to simply opted to close down most of the clip stores, and sites associated with the partnership. After all, I have already started work on new production company, and content. He wanted to cash out existing assets.

In the end, I retain content library, and he gets proceeds of fire sale. I have a few more sites, and stores we have not finalized if I am going to keep, but these listed must go.

So this is more a less a fire sale for the sites listed.
