Geo Targeting via .htaccess?

Syntax depends on the GeoIP implemntation, but here is the MAN page for MaxMind.

I am doing a lot of "EXTRA" stuff with my GeoIP, so I impliment my stuff in either PERL or PHP. HTACCESS might be too limiting depending on how you want to massage the data.
