Of course and will always be heavily debated. To me intentions are way more important than numbers.
Between a guy sleeps with 10 girls but lies and tells them that he loves them ect to get them into bed and a guy sleeps with 100 girls but did it honestly, letting the girl know he wasn't interested in a relationship ect I would have more respect for the guy with the higher number.
As for the ladies. To me if a female sleeps with 10 guys based on the criteria of, what can I get out of this guy if I have sex with him, shes a whore. If a female sleeps with 100 guys but does it because she likes sex and is just having fun (like men like to do) then I don't judge that person.
